The platform

One platform underneath every product.

Every ManagerApp product is the same three things in a different skin: an app for the end user, an app for the staff, and a web portal that runs both. The modules are shared and tested across products for years. What differs is the words, the colours and the workflow, and that is what makes a new vertical a short step rather than a new project.

The Golf App, the GolfOS player app, as an example of an end-user app

Three parts

End-user app. Staff app. Portal.

Build one part well and the next product starts from there.

1
The end-user app
For the player, the guest, the captain, the member. Installs from the Apple App Store, Google Play and Huawei AppGallery in about a minute. No account and no login where the product allows it. Notifications, content, bookings, check-in, reviews, chat, documents, depending on the product.
2
The staff app
For the crew, the base, the greenkeepers, the cleaners. Big buttons, one tap per action, the state of everything readable by colour at a glance. Built for people who work outdoors with their hands and cannot stop to type.
3
The portal
For the office. Content, users, bookings, notifications to one or to all, documents, analytics, Excel in and out, integrations by API. The place everything is set up, checked and recorded.

The modules

What the platform already does.

Why it holds

Shared modules, tested for years.

The same check-in module runs at charter bases on the Adriatic and in hotels. The same task module runs on yachts, in RVs and on a golf course. When one product finds a bug, every product gets the fix.

What comes next

Verticals we have already wireframed.

These are not ideas on a whiteboard. Each one was wireframed and evaluated in depth after real interest from the market, on this platform, with these modules. Each is a short step from the products that already run. If one of them is your business, the conversation starts from a working system, not from a blank page.

✓  Villa and rental property manager, for owners and their guests
✓  Vacant property manager, for owners and the staff who look after empty homes
✓  Home owners association app, for the HOA and the unit owners
✓  Member app for clubs and associations, built on the Slovenian Business Club app
✓  Employee app: notifications, payroll information, education and tips
✓  Medical and spa manager: patient app and staff app in sync
✓  Travel agency tour app, for the agency and its travellers
How a new vertical gets built
✓  We start from the closest running product
✓  We switch on the modules the operation needs and leave the rest off
✓  The skin, the words and the workflow are written for that trade
✓  Stores, portal, accounts and notifications come with the platform
✓  It is tested in the field with a real operator before it is sold
Building one with us
We are open to building a vertical with a partner who knows the operation. We do it rarely and only when it fits, and we will say honestly whether it is a short step or a long one. We do not take briefs for apps on other people’s platforms.
